This is a developmental role designed for someone who wants to grow into a Project Manager position over time. Your ability to manage multiple priorities, support customer communication, and keep projects on track will be key to contributing to our successful project delivery.Your responsibilities:
·**Daily Progress Tracking:**Monitor project progress daily, identifying and escalating schedule or cost risks before they impact outcomes.·**Issue Identification & Resolution:**Support the resolution of technical or operational issues by gathering information, coordinating with team members, and following up on next steps.·**Permit & Documentation Coordination:**Determine permit requirements, manage timelines, and submit applications to ensure project milestones are met.·**Communication & Client Service:**Support customer satisfaction through timely communication, clear documentation, and strong internal and external relationship‑building.·**Financial Coordination:**Review final project costs and coordinate with Accounting to support accurate and timely invoicing.·**Process & Workflow Improvement:**Follow existing procedures while identifying opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency and accuracy.·**Information Management:**Track information flow, respond to internal and external requests promptly, and summarize meetings with clear follow‑up action items.·**Risk & Variance Awareness:**Identify project risks, variances, and opportunities for improvement, escalating when needed.·**Professionalism & Flexibility:**Work with minimal supervision, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate a positive, team‑oriented approach to both routine tasks and urgent priorities.
What You Bring
