Production Support Engineer Salesforce
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Production Support Engineer with strong Salesforce Production Support experience to support critical Capital Markets and Investment Banking applications. Required Skills: ✔ 7–12 years of Application/Production Support (L2/L3) ✔ Strong Salesforce Production Support experience ✔ Python or other scripting for automation ✔ Linux/Windows and SQL ✔ ITIL (Incident, Problem & Change Management) ✔ Strong troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Nice to Have: ✔ Capital Markets / Investment Banking experience ✔ Geneos, AppDynamics, Dynatrace ✔ Control-M or Autosys ✔ Jenkins, GitHub, Ansible ✔ AWS, Docker, Kubernetes ✔ Experience with Dealogic or Capital IQ What You'll Do:
- Provide L2/L3 production support for Salesforce and other enterprise applications
- Resolve production incidents and perform root cause analysis
- Coordinate releases, deployments, bug fixes, and enhancements
- Automate operational tasks and improve system reliability
- Work closely with business users, developers, infrastructure teams, and vendors
- Participate in on-call and weekend release support
