Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable Fence Installer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing various types of fences, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on every project. This role requires a strong understanding of construction principles, excellent craftsmanship, and the ability to interpret blueprints and schematics. The Fence Installer will work closely with team members to deliver durable fencing solutions that meet client specifications and industry standards.

Responsibilities Read

• Prepare job sites by clearing debris, measuring distances, and marking fence lines accurately
• Operate hand tools such as hammers, post drivers, levels, and measuring tapes to install fences effectively
• Use power tools including drills, saws, and augers for cutting, drilling, and assembling fence components
• Set posts securely in concrete or other foundations using concrete forming techniques
• Install various fencing materials such as wood, vinyl, chain link, or metal panels according to project requirements
• Ensure all fences are level, straight, and properly secured for safety and durability
• Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of waste materials properly
• Adhere to safety protocols at all times during installation activities

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction or fencing installation preferred;
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in fencing projects
• Ability to operate heavy equipment if necessary for site preparation or post setting
• Basic understanding of concrete forming and finishing techniques for setting fence posts
• Knowledge of construction estimating is advantageous but not mandatory
• Skills in carpentry, masonry, or electrical work are beneficial for complex fencing projects
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
• Valid driver?s license and vehicle is an assent
