Location Carrying Place Golf & C.C. Posted 2026-01-05 Deadline 2026-02-02 Job Summary Assist Director of Operations, Associate Golf Professional and Assistant Golf Professional with all activities relating to the management and execution of the Carrying Place golf operations. The successful candidate will play an integral role in the golf operations by emphasizing customer service, including, but not limited managing of Golf Operations Team, managing daily play, executing member events, assisting the golf shop, practice facilities, golf instruction, external tournament play and maintenance of golf equipment (carts, etc.). Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of approximately 15 Golf Operations staff members
- Help with organizing member events and tournaments
- Provide excellent customer service to members and guests
- Basic club repair (re-gripping)
- Assist in merchandising and stocking the golf shop
- Supporting the Professional staff with junior camps
- Other duties assigned by management
Qualifications
- Apprentice Golf Professional or pursuing entry into the PGA of Canada (PGM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills
- High level of commitment
- Strong organizational skills and high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Willingness to learn all facets of the golf industry
- Available to work weekends and holidays
Compensation
- $800/Week
- Lesson Revenue (100% of Revenue)
- Potential to assist with Junior Camps
