Parking Valet (Event based/part-time)

As Canada’s number one parking operator, we oversee more than 1,300 locations nationwide, providing best-in-class services that go far beyond parking. From on-street operations and digital mobility solutions to last-mile logistics and urban space optimization, we are transforming how cities move.
You would be working out of the Canadian Tire Centre with your schedule dependent on events held at the centre. The shifts are from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM and may change slightly depending on the events being held.
What Would You Be Doing?
- Greet customer in a friendly manner when they arrive on site
- Assist customer with their needs including opening vehicle doors, unloading parcels, and directing in appropriate direction
- Issue and collect valet tickets as required
- Drive customers' vehicles to and from the designated parking location in a safe and efficient manner avoiding accidents and damages
- Ensure vehicles are locked after parking and all visible valuables are moved to the trunk
What Are the Working Conditions?
- Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and frequent exposure to all temperature conditions
- Must be able to stand or sit for long periods of time
- Frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, and twisting
- Must be able to lift-up to 20 lbs.
What Are We Looking For?
- Cautious and courteous driver, with a Valid class G Ontario driver's license and clean driving record.
- Must able to drive manual and automatic transmission.
What Will Set You Apart?
- Bilingualism (English and French) is a strong asset but not mandatory
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Results-oriented individual with a concern for accuracy and customer relations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional time management and organizational capabilities
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
