What are your contributions to the team?

  • Coordinate and manage events, activities, and conferences as part of the Internship Program
  • Create a community for interns through various initiatives
  • Interact with important stakeholders of the program in order to ameliorate the overall internship experience
  • Participate in improving projects and documentation for best practices
  • Analyze surveys and put into action recommendations
  • Lead the sub-program Women in Engineering for interns through supporting diversity and inclusion
  • Ensure on campus visibility
  • Interact, train and support managers throughout the internship program
  • Coordinate logistic for various Internship Experience activities
  • Develop and communicate progress of actions plans, in collaboration with our university partners and internal stakeholders
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, and runs working sessions with various business stakeholders
  • Support governance processes

How to thrive in this role?

  • You possess a technical or university degree in Human Resources
  • You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Ressources, Event Planning, or other related fields.
  • You have a great knowledge and experience with project management
  • You are highly skilled with Microsoft 0365 tools
  • You are a quick learner and adapt well to a rapidly changing environment
  • You work well in team and are known to contribute to positive team spirit
