About the role

At PwC, our people in business services and support focus on providing efficient and effective administrative support to enable smooth operations within the organisation. This includes managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information. Those working as assistants and office support at PwC will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including managing their schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information. You will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth operations and effective communication within the organisation.

Meaningful work you’ll be part of

As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Strategic and proactive management of complex calendars and high-volume email communications

  • Planning and coordination of meetings, events, and conferences, including on-site support when required and coordination of domestic and international travel arrangements

  • Managing various Salesforce activities

  • Conducting research and supporting document management

  • Reviewing and facilitating correspondence for accuracy, tone, and professionalism

  • Supporting the adoption of new firm technologies, policies, and procedures and prioritizing ongoing development of digital, technical, and professional skills

  • Assisting with firm initiatives, business projects, and ad hoc administrative tasks

  • Contributing to a team-centric environment, including acting as a backup and participating in team activities

  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Using feedback and reflection to develop self-awareness, personal strengths, and address development areas

Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve

  • Strong client service focus with a commitment to professionalism, discretion, and tact

  • Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and flexible approach to working across all levels

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage competing priorities effectively

  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills, including listening, editing, and proofreading

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, fostering a positive team environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and firmwide applications; confident navigating technical platforms

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving digital environment; promotes adoption of new technologies

  • Passion for continuous professional development, with a leadership mindset

  • Ability to support and contribute to firm-wide initiatives and strategic priorities
