POSITION OVERVIEW You contribute to the activation and execution of event, marketing, and partnership initiatives—both regional and national—to support business objectives and enhance brand visibility. In close collaboration with field teams, business units, and national teams, you provide marketing guidance, orchestrate campaigns, and ensure consistent, efficient execution aligned with established standards, contributing to BDC’s overall performance and growth. CHALLENGES TO BE MET Execute and activate regional and national marketing initiatives using an integrated 360° marketing approach, aligned with business strategies and objectives. Serve as a marketing advisor to business centres by deploying high-impact communication tactics and tools to support their commercial objectives. Collaborate with multiple teams across the organization to ensure the effective activation of events and sponsorships, fostering alignment between objectives, messaging, and measurable outcomes. Ensure strong, consistent on-the-ground execution aligned with brand standards, key messaging, and national campaigns. Identify market opportunities, regional trends, and customer needs. Ensure the quality, consistency, and impact of marketing initiatives across all markets. Track the results of activated initiatives, interpret data, and provide optimization recommendations. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience 5 to 7 years of experience in B2B marketing and communications (financial services is an asset) Strong expertise in social media, content marketing, and B2B campaigns Proficiency in applying AI to improve processes and outcomes Strong project management skills and ability to work independently Ability to analyze results and track performance Creativity and innovation mindset contributing to brand visibility Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint) In-depth knowledge of event management tools (an asset) Bilingualism required, both spoken and written (French and English) Please take note that temporary employees are not eligible for benefits.
