We’re building our team for the upcoming Turnaround Season and looking for leaders who thrive in fast-paced environments and know how to drive successful outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Lead planning and execution of major industrial turnarounds
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, and resources
- Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and site teams
- Ensure safety and compliance across all phases
- Track progress and report key metrics to leadership
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in industrial turnarounds or shutdowns
- Trade certification
- Strong leadership, communication & project management skills
- Experience in O&G, Petrochemical, or Power Generation
- Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
The Details
- Locations: Multiple sites across Alberta & Eastern Canada
- Schedule: Varies by client/project
- Travel: (Site dependent) Fly-in/Fly-out, travel reimbursement available
- Accommodations: (Site dependent) Camp, LOA, or local options
- Compensation: Competitive wages, overtime, vacation pay, DSPs available
