Construction Manager – Low-Rise Residential Location: Hamilton, ON Salary: $140,000–$160,000 + bonus and benefits
Our client, a well-established residential developer, is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee low-rise residential projects in Hamilton. Responsibilities Lead construction operations from site servicing through completion. Manage Site Superintendents, trades, schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate with consultants, municipalities, suppliers, and internal teams. Monitor project progress, costs, safety, and key construction milestones. Resolve site issues and ensure homes are delivered on schedule and to a high standard. Qualifications 8+ years of low-rise residential construction experience. Proven experience managing multiple communities or phases. Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, trade management, and building practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. What’s Offered $140,000–$160,000 base salary. Performance bonus. Comprehensive benefits.
