About the role

About The Role We are hiring elite closers to run high-intent, pre-qualified, in-home solar consultations. You will receive booked appointments directly from our Solar Qualifying (SQ) team — no prospecting or cold-calling required. Your job is simple: show up, present a clear solar proposal, build confidence, handle objections, and close the deal during the appointment.

If you’re a top-performing sales professional with the discipline, communication skills, and drive to close consistently, this role offers uncapped earning potential and an immediate pipeline of ready-to-buy homeowners.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct scheduled in-home solar consultations with fully pre-qualified leads
  • Run 2-4 booked appointments per day (set for you by the SQ team)
  • Deliver clear, compelling solar presentations that build trust and drive commitment
  • Explain system design, savings, financing options, rebates, and timelines
  • Handle objections with confidence and maintain top-tier close rates
  • Complete all follow-ups within 24 hours (calls, texts, email summaries)
  • Submit applications and gather required documents (ID, hydro bill, etc.)
  • Work closely with the Applications & Project Management teams to move clients toward installation
  • Maintain accurate CRM entries for every meeting, status update, and next step

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven in-home closing experience (solar, HVAC, telecom, roofing, windows, home improvement, or D2D preferred)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and objection-handling abilities
  • High emotional intelligence and confidence during in-home consultations
  • Reliable transportation for daily client visits
  • Self-disciplined, consistent, and performance-driven work habits
  • Fast learner with the ability to understand solar programs, rebates, and financing
  • CRM literacy and experience working within structured sales systems

Compensation This role is fully commission-based with a guaranteed $3,500/month for the first 3 months while ramping up.
