Position Name Presales Engineer Division Engineering Group Presales 1 Group Level Manager Qualifications
Foundation/Associate degree or above in Computer Engineering, Computer Sciences or related field Experience 5 years or more in IT infrastructure design (Cloud/Server/Network/Security) Strong Knowledge and Proven Experience in Cloud Platforms such as AWS or Azure Knowledge in Virtualization & On Prem Server, Storage, Microsoft 365, Backup Solution, Networking, Security and IT Infrastructure Have an AWS/Azure/Microsoft certification will be advantage Able to do on-site support and travel up-country Daily conversation level for both written and spoken English Good team player, positive attitude, proactive and willing to learn with multi-tasking skills, passionate in learning new technology, service minded with excellent communication and coordination skills
Job Description (summary)
Understanding customer business objectives and translating them into technical solutions Building a cloud team by develop team capabilities to align with the company’s strategic goals for scalable, secure, and cost-optimized cloud services Creating technical designs, defining the scope of work (SoW), and preparing bill of materials (BOM) Drafting and reviewing proposal documents to ensure quality and alignment with customer expectations Supporting sales teams with product demonstrations and presentations Responding to RFPs/RFIs with detailed technical solutions Conducting proof-of-concept (PoC) if required
