Job Description
As a Branch Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and providing exceptional service to clients. You will lead a team of employees, fostering a positive work environment and driving performance.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage branch operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead and develop a team of employees, providing coaching and support.
- Drive sales and service initiatives to enhance client experience.
- Monitor and manage branch performance metrics.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a banking or financial services environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a branch management role.
- Knowledge of wealth management products and services.
