Inventory & Logistics Coordinator

Location: Oakville, Ontario (On-site)
Polaris Global Store Corp. is a Canadian retail supply company specializing in store fixtures, merchandising products, and custom retail solutions. We work closely with a global network of manufacturing partners to supply retailers, distributors, and wholesalers across North America. We're looking for an organized and detail-oriented Inventory & Logistics Coordinator to support the day-to-day flow of products from manufacturing through warehousing and final customer delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate inbound shipments from overseas manufacturing partners to our Canadian warehouse. Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock availability across product lines. Schedule shipments and work with freight forwarders, couriers, and transportation providers. Prepare shipping documents, packing lists, and inventory reports. Coordinate warehouse receiving, storage, and order fulfillment activities. Monitor purchase orders and production schedules to ensure timely deliveries. Work closely with our merchandising, sourcing, and sales teams to support customer orders. Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization. Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and logistics efficiency. Support special retail programs and large customer projects as required.
We're Looking For
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working with spreadsheets and inventory management systems. Excellent communication and follow-up skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with inventory, warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations is an asset. Knowledge of importing, freight, or customs processes is an advantage but not required. Why Join Polaris?
