About the role
PRIMARY FUNCTION
This role will start primarily with breakfast shifts (starting between 6:30–7:00am), with opportunities to move into dinner service as you grow in the role. You’ll also get the chance to cross-train in banquet service and support special events when needed.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver welcoming, attentive service, answering questions on menu.
- Make recommendations, upsell based on preferences.
- Input orders accurately; communicate with kitchen staff.
- Prepare and deliver checks; process payments.
- Perform tableside wine, food preparations elegantly.
- Maintain cleanliness of stations, dining areas
- Assist with setups for functions, group events.
- Attend pre-shift meetings, trainings, staff meals.
- Comply with appearance standards per handbook.
- Adhere to all safety, Service Excellence principles.
EXPERIENCE

ProServe Certificate
-
Restaurant service experience preferred.

Wine knowledge an asset.

Upbeat personality with passion for hospitality

Polished presentation and communication skills

Comfortable working on feet for long periods

Responsible, guest-centric team player
