About the role

To plan, organize, direct and control all operations within the service area of the Ramp or midsize volume facility/Station in a way that provides maximum service to customers while maintaining a safe, secure and cost effective operation. Responsible for all budgetary, people development and operational objectives for the Station and Ramp operations. Responsible for the overall safety, security, quality, performance and customer experience of Station and Ramp operations.

Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Bachelors degree/equivalent

Four (4) years Business experience

If an internal hire- must currently be a member of FedEx management or EXCEL/LEAP endorsed

Must possess a valid G license & have a good driving record

Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Bachelor’s Degree (B.A) or equivalent

Four (4) years Business experience including, two (2) year in direct management of employees, their performance and operational leadership

The two (2) year direct management of employees and their performance must be within the past four (4) years.

Must possess a valid G license & have a good driving record

Further, candidates will be assessed through careful consideration of: 1) their current driver's abstract; 2) their performance during application interviews; and 3) their performance on any driver competency assessments administered
