About The Opportunity Our client is a well-established organization operating within the commercial construction and building envelope space. They work closely with architects, designers, and construction professionals to support specification-driven projects across the Montreal market.
This role supports the architectural and design community by providing technical sales support, product knowledge, and early-stage project engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, and key specifiers
- Promote architectural and construction-related products and solutions
- Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation
- Support the specification and pre-construction process
- Deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions
- Maintain strong working knowledge of applicable building codes and standards
- Manage multiple active projects and opportunities concurrently
The Successful Candidate Will Have
- Solid experience within construction, architectural, or technical sales environments
- Strong understanding of construction practices and building codes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote-based role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
Language Requirements
- Bilingual: English and French
