We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team. This is a strategic, insight-driven role for a designer who excels at crafting intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. You will be a champion of usability and accessibility, bridging visual design with customer experience, and ensuring every design choice has purpose, clarity and impact.
What will you be doing?

UX & UI Design Leadership

- Lead the end-to-end design of customer-facing digital experiences (web, mobile, interactive content) that are intuitive, accessible, and conversion-focused using best-in-class design principles
- Translate wireframes, user flows, and customer journey insights into polished, high-performing designs
- Champion usability and accessibility standards (WCAG, responsive design best practices) across all digital touchpoints

Experience Strategy & Collaboration

- Develop and present data- and insight-backed creative concepts that balance customer needs, user experience, and business goals
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Technology teams to ensure creative solutions integrate seamlessly with digital platform
- Drive a “test & learn” approach, using A/B testing, behavioural insights, and performance data to refine designs and improve customer ease scores and engagement

- Translate UX strategies into visually compelling creative, ensuring performance and brand consistency
- Establish, maintain and ensure adherence to digital design guidelines
- Design supporting assets across digital campaigns and extend UX principles into supporting creative channels
What experience do you have?
- 5–7 years of professional design experience with a specialization in UX/UI design and digital-first creative
- Proven track-record of designing user-centered digital experiences that drive usability, accessibility, and customer engagement.
- Advanced skills in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of responsive design, mobile-first design principles, and cross-platform best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate data and customer insights into design decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A portfolio showcasing UX/UI projects alongside creative campaign work across multiple channels.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of front-end development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience with motion design, video editing, or micro-interactions for digital experiences.
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
