Role Description OREM Capital is seeking a motivated and driven Leasing Agent with an active OACIQ license to join our growing team. This is a full-time, commission-based role ideal for someone who enjoys sales, client interaction, and working in a fast-paced real estate environment. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for managing residential leasing activities, conducting property visits, qualifying prospective tenants, and guiding applicants through the leasing process from inquiry to signed lease. You will work with a large portfolio of rental properties across Montreal and collaborate closely with the leasing and operations teams to maximize occupancy and deliver an excellent client experience.

Responsibilities Respond to leasing inquiries and follow up with prospective tenants Schedule and conduct apartment visits Showcase available units and explain property features and amenities Qualify applicants and assist with the rental application process Prepare and coordinate lease agreements and supporting documentation Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth move-ins and occupancy management Assist with online listings and market positioning when required Stay informed on Montreal rental market trends and competitor pricing

Qualifications & Requirements Valid OACIQ real estate brokerage license (required) Minimal experience in leasing, sales, or customer service Valid driver’s license and a car Good knowledge of the Grand Montreal rental market Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Client-focused mindset with strong customer service abilities Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Comfortable working independently Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written)
