Position: Office Assistant
Location: Downtown Toronto (On-Site)
Salary: $22 per hour
Position Type: Temporary (7-month contract)

Our client, a leading investment firm in downtown Toronto, is looking for an Office Assistant to help keep the office running smoothly, manage vendors, and support strategic projects in a fast-paced, professional environment.
What You'll Do:

Manage vendors, including onboarding, records, and issue resolution.

Process purchase requisitions, receiving, and invoicing; resolve discrepancies.

Provide operational and administrative support, including reporting, budget tracking, and workplace services.

Drive continuous improvement and provide backup support as needed.
What You Bring:

Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
-
High attention to detail, sound judgment, and discretion
-
Familiarity with purchasing systems and invoicing seen as an asset
-
High school diploma (post-secondary preferred)
-
2+ years administrative or vendor coordination experience preferred
