We’re growing — and we’re looking for an exceptional Sales and Analytics Manager to support our Senior Leadership Team in overseeing ONIT Energy’s Ontario sales operations while managing performance analytics to drive revenue growth, improve efficiency, and strengthen market position.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2-3 - years in sales, sales analytics, or sales operations. Energy retail or B2B experience would be preferred
  • Proven track record of improving sales performance through strategic analytics and people development.
  • Master of Excel and fluent in tools like CRM platforms, performance tracking systems. Experience with Power Bi would be an asset.
  • Knowledge of Ontario’s energy market, utilities, and compliance protocols is a major plus.

What You’ll Be Doing

Sales Execution & Team Enablement

  • Champion the daily deal push—keeping agents aligned, engaged, and closing.
  • Lead field coaching sessions, ride-along's, and one-on-one development to drive rep accountability and excellence.
  • Implement and standardize proven sales processes, compliance guidelines, and call scripts.

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Own the planning and rollout of sales campaigns, including win-back initiatives and ZoomInfo-powered lead generation.
  • Coordinate seamlessly between inside and outside sales teams for consistent campaign execution.
  • Track performance and pivot strategies in real-time to optimize impact.

Analytics & Performance Insights

  • Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards tracking KPIs such as RCEs, close rates, and revenue per rep.
  • Perform in-depth analysis to surface trends, identify gaps, and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Conduct ROI reviews across campaigns, territories, and lead sources.

Forecasting & Strategic Planning

  • Support the SLT in setting monthly, quarterly, and annual targets grounded in data.
  • Model "what-if" scenarios for pricing strategies, market shifts, or promotion changes.
  • Make data-backed recommendations on lead distribution and territory optimization.

Market Intelligence

  • Stay sharp on Ontario's competitive energy landscape and evolving regulatory frameworks.
  • Use your market insights to inform strategy and keep ONIT Energy ahead of the curve.
