About the role

You've shaped a compelling academic vision and taken ownership of the results. You've led decisively, not from the sidelines. When it comes to learning science, you've moved beyond exploration—you've built systems that work, delivered measurable outcomes, and earned the credibility to share that story publicly. If this describes your experience, 2 Hour Learning is seeking its academic leader.

2 Hour Learning has developed a system enabling students to learn at twice the conventional rate within two hours daily. This performance stems from AI-driven tutoring, mastery-based advancement, and structural departures from traditional classroom design. The outcomes speak for themselves. We now require a leader capable of aligning execution across varied school environments, elevating academic standards, and serving as the authoritative voice for a movement anchored in validated learning science.

This role demands leadership, not theory. You will control academic strategy in execution, establish rigorous standards, surface gaps in implementation, and develop high-performing teams to achieve concrete results. Your work will bridge our scientific foundation with operational rigor and articulate the case for this approach on a global scale.

What You Will Be Doing

Developing academic frameworks that convert learning science principles into actionable direction for curriculum development, motivation architecture, and application design. Conducting academic execution assessments with Heads of Academics to confirm alignment, accountability, and outcome delivery across school teams. Integrating data analysis, stakeholder interviews, and direct observation into comprehensive academic ecosystem evaluations that identify the most critical obstacles to accelerated learning and recommend targeted solutions. Ensuring strategic coherence through planning cycles, feedback mechanisms, and milestone management to sustain focus on student learning objectives. Serving as 2 Hour Learning's representative at senior levels—from keynote presentations to engagements with Ministries of Education—advancing systemic transformation in global education paradigms.

What You Won’t Be Doing

Engaging in fragmented curriculum initiatives that fail to produce system-wide impact. Producing theoretical research disconnected from measurable student outcomes or operational execution. Transferring accountability for performance to mid-level managers or external consultants. Depending on institutional credibility or conceptual arguments to influence critical stakeholders.

Director Of Learning Strategy Key Responsibilities

Expand and refine 2 Hour Learning's validated academic model by harmonizing execution across multiple school sites, raising leadership benchmarks, and establishing yourself as the authoritative spokesperson for a movement founded on rigorous science and demonstrated outcomes.

𝑵𝒐𝒕𝒆: Crossover jobs are are fully compliant with LinkedIn's policies, as well as the applicable laws in every country where we advertise.

Allow us to clarify some common misconceptions:
1) The reason we post so many job ads is because LinkedIn organizes all job postings by location. So, the only way to reach candidates all over the world is to post multiple ads in every city you want to hire from. Most recruiters don't bother because it's too time consuming... but we're not most recruiters.
2) We mostly recruit independent contractors, not employees, because labor laws vary so much from one country to another that it's near-impossible to recruit globally otherwise (which is why it's still uncommon even though most jobs can now be done remotely).
3) As is standard for any self-employed person, the stated pay is the entire compensation package. Because they are not employees, each contractor is responsible for handling the things that an employer would take care of e.g. taxes, equipment, vacation time, health insurance. One of the major reasons that Crossover jobs pay so much more than local jobs is to overcompensate for these costs.

It's hard, but it's worth it!
