About the role
Pay rate: CAD $160,000 per annum Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline. 3+ years of hands-on experience with Hydromechanical Systems, including Hydraulic Systems and Fuel Systems. 5+ years of experience in Mechanical System Design, Development, and System Integration within complex engineering environments. 5+ years of Aerospace or Aviation industry experience supporting hydromechanical, hydraulic, or fuel system programs. Must be legally authorized to work in Canada. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Strong experience performing Engineering Analysis, Troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis for hydromechanical system and component issues. Experience supporting Testing, Validation, Verification, and engineering issue resolution throughout the product development lifecycle. Strong understanding of System Engineering Principles, design methodologies, and structured engineering review processes. Experience participating in Design Reviews, Technical Reviews, and cross-functional engineering discussions. Hands-on experience integrating Mechanical, Hydraulic, and Fuel Systems while ensuring proper system interaction and performance. Ability to collaborate effectively with Cross-Functional Engineering Teams to resolve technical challenges and support program delivery. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and technical documentation skills. Experience supporting engineering documentation, validation reports, issue tracking, and technical deliverables is preferred.
