About the role
Are you someone who enjoys connecting with people and making a great first impression? Kognitive Sales Solutions is hiring Sales Representatives to represent one of Canada's most trusted financial brands inside major retail locations. In this customer-facing role, you'll educate shoppers about our client's credit card offerings and help them find the right solution for their needs.
Responsibilities
Engage customers on the retail floor and explain the benefits of our client's credit card products. Understand customer needs and recommend the best product for their lifestyle. Build brand awareness through authentic, one-on-one conversations. Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first interaction to completed application. Serve as the in-store product expert for customers and store staff. Build positive relationships with retail teams across assigned locations. Handle customer information with professionalism and confidentiality. Travel between multiple store locations within your region as needed.

What We're Looking For
Friendly, outgoing, and confident engaging with new people. Motivated by sales goals and performance-based earnings. Strong communication and customer service skills. Sales or customer service experience is an asset but not required. Professional when handling sensitive customer information. Willing to complete criminal and credit background checks. Eager to learn and grow through ongoing coaching. Access to a vehicle or a valid driver's license is an asset.
Compensation
$17.60-$17.75/hour plus uncapped commission. Permanent Full-Time and Part-Time positions available. Flexible schedule, Monday through Sunday (9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.).
