International AdmissionsEnrolment Services Officer
Full-time Term ASAP to November 30, 2026
Duties:
This is a term position to backfill the regular, full-time position (full-time description attached). Reporting to the Associate Registrar and Manager of Enrolment Services, the International AdmissionsEnrolment Services Officer is responsible for the coordination, administration, and maintenance of international admissions functions, procedures, and reporting. The position responds to inquiries from international applicants and agents for admission to the College and provides administrative support for international students from admission to graduation.
Qualifications:
A Diploma in Business Management or an equivalent or related field is required, and a Regulated International Student Immigration Advisor or Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant designation is preferred. The candidate must have two or more years of experience working in a postsecondary Registrar's Office with a student information system. They should also have three or more years of related experience in international education, intercultural relations, or culturally diverse customer service. Advanced proficiency with MS Office applications, particularly Excel, is required. The candidate must be proficient in HTML standard markup language. Proficiency in student information systems and datamining software is also required, with Colleague (SIS) and Entrinsik Informer preferred. Strong timemanagement, multitasking, and organizational skills are essential.

Salary: Position#213
CUPE Pay Level 5 with a starting wage of $2,439.31 pay period with increments progressing to Step 5 as per the CUPE Collective agreement (This includes 16% in lieu of benefits and vacation)

Cranbrook is home to two campuses: our main campus houses the majority of our administrative departments and student services, and our Gold Creek campus which offers contract training and a variety of trades programs.
The programs, courses, and services offered by our five regional campuses (Creston, Fernie, Golden, Invermere and Kimberley) are as diverse as the communities and people they serve. A few have their own "signature" programs -- something unique and special -- and most provide courses in Adult Basic Education. All of our campuses respond to the needs of their communities by offering continuing education courses and access to online learning.
