Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

We are currently seeking ahighly organizedanddetail-oriented Marketing Coordinatorto support our Sales and Marketing team. The Marketing Coordinator will assist in executing marketing campaigns and serve as a key administrative support resource. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a team environment, is an excellent communicator, and enjoys balancing creative tasks with administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day marketing and leasing program support, with a primary focus on the existing residential portfolio:
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Regularly audit advertising materials and templates to ensure accuracy
- Assist with updating advertisements, marketing materials, and generating reports
- Monitor incoming leads to maintain data accuracy and support effective follow-up
- Support with website updates, email marketing campaigns, social media, and event coordination
- Assist with signage design coordination, installation, and required updates
- Coordinate printing and delivery of marketing materials to supply and maintain on-site inventory
- Assist with market research to identify market trends and competitor behaviour
- Attend site visits as needed
Provide day-to-day marketing administrative support:
- Manage meeting coordination; schedule meetings, prepare agendas and reports, organize materials, and recorddistribute meeting minutes
- Maintain organized and accurate marketing files, documents, databases, and task management updates
- Provide support for proofreading, invoicing, expense reports, and team travel logistics as required
Required Skillsets:
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Close attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Education and Experience:
- 1-3 years of education and/or experience in marketing, administration, or coordination roles
