WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Every day, you will drive our aspiration to master subjects around financial systems, identifying business needs, and determining solutions to business problems. YOU WILL –
- Serve as the go-to subject matter expert for our core ERP financials system. You will trouble shoot, investigate, and solve financial system issues for users.
- Collaborate closely with users to understand their needs and challenges. You will translate these into clear functional specifications and work effectively with IT to deliver robust solutions.
- Configure, test and maintain financial system modules to support evolving business processes and regulatory changes
- Research, identify and prototype opportunities to improve processes, educating users and advising on solutions that challenge and expand current thinking
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness and reliability of financial data across all systems through strong governance, regular audits and reconciliations.
- Identify opportunities to enrich the effective use of financial systems, develop business cases, or make presentations as suitable.
- Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams to participate in and contribute to new ERP initiatives and projects.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- University degree in Business, Commerce, Public Administration, or equivalent applied programs
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in financial systems functional support, business analysis, and implementation - ideally working with large-sized ERP financial systems
- Strong understanding of core financial processes (e.g. GL, AP, AR, Allocations, Budget), data concepts, and techniques, with familiarity in applicable standards and best practices, including formal training in business process re-engineering
- Proven ability to document business requirements using documentation standards and perform effective QA testing with comprehensive test plans.
- Solid grasp of ideation, process mapping, requirements gathering, and project planning
- Proficiency in advanced SQL, experience in data handling and report development.
- Adept with tools of the trade such as Visio, Excel, Power BI, PowerPivot, Tableau
- Strong digital, technology, and IT literacy, as well as excellent analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively
- Communicate well in both spoken and written and demonstrated leadership qualities with a positive can-do attitude
