We are currently seeking a Dietary Aide to join our Dining Services team. In this role, you’ll provide professional table service and support a superior dining experience for our residents and their guests. You value courtesy, teamwork, and excellence, and you take pride in delivering service that exceeds expectations while meeting all safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide food service to residents and guests in a way that promotes dignity, comfort, and a home-like atmosphere
- Take individual meal orders and serve according to resident diets and preferences
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across all departments
- Participate in special dining events and celebrations as assigned
Qualifications:
- Valid Safe Food Handlers certification and Smart Serve required (can be obtained upon hire)
- Food Service Worker Certificate from an accredited college/university is an asset
- Ability to work varied shifts including weekends, holidays, and occasional call-ins
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
