About the role

Duration: 12 Months starting January

Hybrid work (2-3 days at Toronto office)

  • 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in content or collaboration platform migrations (e.g., SharePoint, OneDrive, Confluence).
  • Exposure to enterprise-scale environments or consulting/managed services is a plus.
  • Pre-Migration Activities: Inventory analysis of existing SharePoint sites and content. Assist in mapping content to target SharePoint structure.
  • Migration Support: Execute migration tasks under guidance using approved tools. Validate migrated content and report discrepancies.
  • Post-Migration Activities: Support user acceptance testing (UAT). Document issues and assist in remediation.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise between business teams and technical migration team. Provide status updates and maintain migration trackers.
  • Documentation: Document requirements, maintain migration trackers, etc. as needed by the program management standards
