Are you a visionary Product Owner ready to shape the future of financial technology?
At Croesus, we're not just building software; we're revolutionizing Wealth Management. We're looking for a dynamic Product Owner to be the central bridge between our corporate strategy and our elite development team, ensuring we deliver maximum value to our clients.
Your mission is clear: maximize product value, define a strategic roadmap, and spearhead the integration of Agentic AI capabilities into our core platform.
What You'll Do:
- Be the Strategist: Partner with Product Leaders to define a compelling product vision. Synthesize market trends, competitor analysis, and feedback from Sales and Customer Success to identify game-changing opportunities.
- Master the Backlog: Own and meticulously prioritize the Product Backlog using the DEEP principle (Detailed, Estimated, Emergent, Prioritized). Lead 3-week iterative development cycles (Scrum) and champion all Agile ceremonies.
- Ensure Excellence & Compliance: Enforce rigorous Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD). Your features will meet strict financial data validation, regulatory standards (CIRO, AMF), and crucial AI explicability requirements.
- Own the Client Experience: Act as the primary owner for high-stakes client requests (CRs), delivering timely, insightful preliminary and detailed analyses.
- Communicate with Impact: Proactively manage stakeholder expectations by clearly communicating roadmap updates, sprint progress, and risks across the organization.
- Maintain Operational Hygiene: Ensure high hygiene in Jira management and maintain up-to-date technical documentation (data models, architecture records).
##Requirements:
-The working language is French. A perfect command of French (oral and written) is mandatory.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience: 3–5 years of proven success as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in a B2B SaaS environment using Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
- Domain Expertise: A solid, working knowledge of WealthTech/FinTech operations (portfolio management, rebalancing, CRM2, etc.).
- Technical Edge: Familiarity with API design (REST), data models, and the SDLC. Experience with AI/ML features (LLMs, RAG, agent orchestration) is a major asset!
- Certification (Bonus): CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or PSM (Professional Scrum Master) highly valued.
- Language: Full professional proficiency in English and French (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
