About the role

Endurance Technologies is looking for a results-driven Business Development Representative to grow our market share in the Oil & Gas sector across the United States and/or international markets. This remote role is ideal for a sales professional with technical knowledge, a strong client network, and a passion for delivering value in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in tubular product sales.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing communication and support.
  • Prepare quotes, bid packages, and detailed sales reports.
  • Collaborate with operations and manufacturing teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Keep CRM (e.g., Salesforce) records up to date and submit weekly activity reports.
  • Uphold company standards in quality management and health & safety.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success in exceeding sales targets in the oil and gas industry.
  • Experience in premium product sales and client presentations.
  • Comfortable working in both the United States and international markets.
  • Professional, solution-focused communicator and collaborator.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Additional language skills are an asset.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Established sales network in the oil and gas industry.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively (25–50% monthly).
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Must pass a Level 1 Fit-for-Work Exam and drug and alcohol screening.

Working Conditions

  • This is a remote U.S.-based role, with the position located in Houston, TX.
  • The role connects virtually to our Canadian head office and collaborates closely with the Calgary-based team.
  • When not traveling, this role operates from a professional home office environment using standard office equipment.
