Downtown Location/Monday-Friday/No Weekends.

Our downtown dental office (conveniently located near the subway line) is looking for a Dental Receptionist with assisting experience to join our team.
What You Will Do:
- Manage front desk operations including scheduling, recalls and patient communication.
- Handle insurance claims, billing, and accounts receivable.
- Maintain accurate patient records using Abeldent software.
- Keep the office organized, clean, and running smoothly.
- Assist the dentist chairside when needed.
- Sterilize instruments and support clinical flow.
- Order supplies and manage incoming/outgoing mail.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of Canadian dental experience.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and codes.
- Experience with Abeldent (preferred).
- Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities.
- Friendly, compassionate and patient-focused.
- Reliable, punctual and a strong team player.
Assets:
- Harp certification.
- Previous assisting experience in a clinical setting.

About Dentistry on Bay

He has a special interest in implantology and aesthetic dentistry. Dr. Tuvel obtained his Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto and graduated in dentistry from the University of Western Ontario in 1978.
