Roles & Responsibilities
As a Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering seamless, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences across multiple platforms. You will take ownership of the design process from ideation to final execution of mockups and prototypes, ensuring that each design meets user needs and aligns with business goals.
In our fast-paced world you will have the opportunity to:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver intuitive and innovative design solutions
- Lead the design of end-to-end product experiences from initial wireframes and prototypes to high-fidelity designs
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate assumptions
- Ensure that designs are scalable and adaptable, balancing both user experience and business objectives
- Present your work to internal and external stakeholders, articulating design choices with confidence and clarity
- Work closely with developers to ensure design accuracy and consistency across all stages of product development
- Keep up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices, continuously improving and iterating on your work
- Embrace feedback and contribute to design critiques in a collaborative environment
Skills & Experience
We're looking for candidates with the following experience:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent
- Strong portfolio showcasing design work across web and mobile platforms, with a focus on user-centric design
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Experience working within an Agile environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with design systems and how to implement them across various digital products
- Ability to translate complex concepts into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces
- A solid grasp of HTML/CSS for communicating with developers (coding skills not required)
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and their rationale
- Strong attention to detail, time-management, and organizational skills
