Apprentice Sales Consultant – Medicine Hat Nissan

This is a sales apprenticeship role designed to develop and prepare you for a full Sales Consultant position.

You will work closely with our Sales Team while completing structured training and on-the-job development.

Role Purpose

• Support the Sales Department while learning the full sales process

• Build the skills, product knowledge and confidence required to move into a Sales Consultant role

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

• Assist the Sales Team with daily operational and customer support tasks

• Support customer appointments, test drives and vehicle demonstrations

• Assist with vehicle deliveries and customer hand-offs

• Fuel vehicles and help maintain lot organization and presentation

• Perform basic administrative and support duties for the Sales Team

• Provide customer care and follow-up support

• Keep client information and activity updated accurately in the CRM

• Assist with lead generation and prospecting activities

• Support social media and content initiatives for the dealership and sales team

Training & Development Focus

• Participate in structured training and coaching

• Learn product knowledge, sales process, customer experience standards and software systems

• Receive ongoing feedback, mentorship and development support

• Progress toward a Sales Consultant position based on performance and readiness
