About the role
We are looking for a proactive and relationship-focused University Alliances Coordinator to support the University Alliances (UA) Program across Canada and the North America region. In this role, you'll collaborate with universities, educators, students, and internal teams to promote client technologies in academia, support educational initiatives, and help develop the next generation of client's talent. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about education, stakeholder engagement, project coordination, and event management.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Support the execution of the University Alliances strategy across Canada and North America. Build and maintain relationships with university faculty and academic institutions, encouraging SAP curriculum adoption. Promote and share client's University Alliances educational programs, tools, and resources with educators and students. Assist in planning, coordinating, and supporting regional events such as academic conferences, student programs, and ambassador initiatives. Collaborate with the client's Campus Ambassadors volunteer network on events, projects, and outreach activities. Track project progress, maintain accurate records, and provide regular status updates through internal systems. Work closely with global client's University Alliances teams on cross-functional initiatives and regional projects. Engage with internal stakeholders and support new initiatives that expand client's academic presence. Continuously learn about client's solutions and contribute ideas to improve program reach and impact.
Must-Have Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal). Strong project coordination or project management experience (academic or professional). Experience building relationships with multiple stakeholders. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Quick learner with excellent problem-solving abilities. Comfortable working in a global, virtual, and cross-functional environment. Positive attitude, adaptable, and collaborative team player. Passion for education, student engagement, and community building.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
French language proficiency. Experience working with universities, educational institutions, or academic programs. Leadership experience (formal or informal), including mentoring, volunteering, or leading student initiatives. Experience coordinating events, workshops, or conferences. Experience working in multinational or cross-cultural teams. Customer-facing, partnership management, or community engagement experience.
