In this role, you will:
- Perform clinical assessments and implementing treatment plans for clients.
- Provide ongoing evaluation of client progress and ensuring quality improvement in the delivery of patient care.
- Be responsible for financial and clinical performance metrics of the clinic.
- Communicate effectively to both internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence.
- Coordinate operational activities with the team and demonstrate a strong presence in the clinic.
- Engage in continuous learning, mentorship and skills development.
- Manage and resolve scheduling issues or changes that arise in the clinic
- Play an influential role in nurturing a sense of ownership across the workforce, so that employees feel empowered to use their judgment and experience to make sound decisions.
- Assist in recruitment and hiring of staff.
What we're looking for:
- Fully Registered Physiotherapist, Massage Therapist, Occupational Therapist or related Healthcare professional
- Minimum of 1-5 years of clinical and leadership experience.
- Completion of advanced orthopedic courses is a strong asset.
- Demonstrated ability to balance patient care, operational leadership, and financial accountability.
- Strong interpersonal, organization, and problem-solving skills and patient-centered mindset.
