About the role
STAN AI is the AI assistant for HOA and condo association property managers. We work with 20,000+ communities representing 2.5 million homes across North America, and we just closed our Series A. Our platform integrates natively with every major property management software in the category — Vantaca, CINC, Enumerate, eUnify, VMS, Caliber/FrontSteps, Buildium — which is why management companies are switching to us faster than this market has ever moved.
You'll report directly to the Head of Growth Marketing, and function as the operator who keeps our outbound machine running every day. Demos booked is the north star. Your job is to design, launch, track, and iterate on the campaigns that drive them.
This is a hands-on, execution-heavy seat, not a strategy role. If you love building campaigns, watching the data, killing what isn't working, and doubling down on what is, keep reading.

Tasks
- Launch and manage cold email campaigns in Instantly across 100–200 inboxes (sequence design, warm-up, deliverability, inbox rotation)
- Build, enrich, and segment target lists in Clay using waterfall enrichment (Apollo, LinkedIn, PMS stack detection, CAI directory sources)
- Run CRM workflows, sequences, lists, and reporting in HubSpot
- Track campaign performance daily — deliverability, opens, replies, meetings booked — and ship a 1-page weekly report on what's working and what's getting cut
- Support event-driven campaigns around conferences (first one is in 3 weeks, three more by end of September)
- Test, measure, deliver, scale. Weekly experiments. Fast cycles.
Requirements
- 2–4 years in B2B growth, demand gen, or outbound marketing
- Hands-on with cold email platforms — Instantly strongly preferred; Smartlead, Lemlist, or Apollo Outbound also count
- HubSpot proficiency (workflows, sequences, lists, dashboards)
- Comfort with enrichment tools — Clay strongly preferred, or a track record of learning new tools fast
- Data fluency — you check campaign dashboards before coffee and you can tell signal from noise
- A bias toward shipping. You'd rather launch a B-grade campaign Monday than an A+ one in three weeks.
Nice to have
- B2B SaaS background
- Industry exposure: property management, real estate, HOA/condo, association management
- PhantomBuster, or similar scraping experience
- AI-native workflow — Claude, ChatGPT, or similar already in your daily stack
- Experience with personalized video at scale
