Northland Properties Corporation owns and operates Sutton Place Hotels, Sandman Hotels, Denny's Restaurants, Moxie's Restaurants, Revelstoke Mountain Resort, Shark Club Sports Bars, the Dallas Stars NHL hockey team and a residential/office/retail real estate portfolio throughout BC, Alberta and Saskatchewan.
General Labourer
Responsibilities:
- May be required to work evenings / weekends as required on the
- Previous experience in proper cleaning techniques
- Using all company-supplied tools.
- Handling customer service issues as directed by immediate Supervisor.
- Adhere to relevant company procedures and policies.
- Other duties as required.
- A team player who works respectfully and cooperatively with others.
- Work in a variety of areas within the building
- Handling and lifting materials.
- Operate cleaning equipment as assigned.
- Assist with the routine maintenance and cleaning
- Other general laborer responsibilities
- Strict adherence to company safety standards and Safe work practices,
- Lawn maintenance,
- Weeding and,
- Snow removal
A successful candidate will:
- Have a positive, motivated, energetic personality
- Able to successfully work in both team/independent environments
- Be dedicated to exceptional customer service
- Have a clean driver abstract and be able to pass a criminal background check
