The Manager, System Enablement will lead the governance, and operational enablement of procurement systems across a multi-ERP environment, including SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and Oracle. This role ensures that Nutrien’s procurement technology investments are fully leveraged to support global procurement processes, compliance, and efficiency. The Manager will oversee system sustainment, integrations and optimization initiatives, enabling Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.

This position reports to the Senior Manager, Procurement Systems and Enablement in Nutrien’s Centralized Procurement Governance and Enablement Organization and will have direct responsibility for the functional System Enablement team.

What You'll Do:

  • Support and execute strategies for procurement systems enablement across SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, and integrated platforms (e.g., Ariba, Fieldglass).
  • Drive alignment of system capabilities with global procurement processes and governance standards.
  • Manage Multi-ERP Environment: Oversee sustainment, integration, and configuration of procurement systems across multiple ERP platforms. Ensure interoperability and data integrity between systems and related applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Procurement, Finance and Operations to understand business needs and align system solutions.
  • Manage and mentor the Systems Enablement team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement and provide guidance on technical and functional aspects of procurement systems.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize system performance and user experience.
  • Monitor KPIs and system reliability metrics to drive enhancements.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in procurement systems management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of Source-to-Pay (S2C) processes.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Procurement, and integrated platforms (Ariba, Fieldglass).
  • Proven ability to manage system integrations in a multi-ERP environment.
  • Familiarity with governance frameworks, compliance standards, and audit processes.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on system optimization.
  • Understanding and Experience in a Complex Matrix organization
  • Professional certifications such as SCMP, CPSM, or IT-related credentials are considered an asset.
  • Experience with cloud-based procurement solutions and digital transformation initiatives are considered an asset.
