About the role
Job Description:
- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
- Review customer orders and forecast requirements to effectively plan production capacity.
- Ensure all materials, components, and supplies are available on time.
- Monitor work-in-progress and adjust schedules as necessary to address delays or changes.
- Optimize production flow to reduce bottlenecks and improve overall efficiency.
- Communicate production plans and any schedule changes to supervisors and relevant departments.
- Track inventory levels and collaborate with Warehouse teams to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Prepare production reports and performance metrics for management review.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards at all times.
- Preparing various SAP reports related to material inventory.
- Operating material handling equipment and assisting with loading and unloading of trucks.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or their designate.
Job Qualifications:
- High school or diploma.
- Three years of SAP experience or a Diploma/Certificate in Supply Chain Management with SAP specialization.
- Strong administration skills
- Good communication and networking skills as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in supply chain management and logistics area
- Clean, accurate and safe handling of materials
- Structured way of working
- Ability to work in a team
