About the role

Job Description:

  • Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
  • Review customer orders and forecast requirements to effectively plan production capacity.
  • Ensure all materials, components, and supplies are available on time.
  • Monitor work-in-progress and adjust schedules as necessary to address delays or changes.
  • Optimize production flow to reduce bottlenecks and improve overall efficiency.
  • Communicate production plans and any schedule changes to supervisors and relevant departments.
  • Track inventory levels and collaborate with Warehouse teams to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Prepare production reports and performance metrics for management review.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards at all times.
  • Preparing various SAP reports related to material inventory.
  • Operating material handling equipment and assisting with loading and unloading of trucks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or their designate.

Job Qualifications:

  • High school or diploma.
  • Three years of SAP experience or a Diploma/Certificate in Supply Chain Management with SAP specialization.
  • Strong administration skills
  • Good communication and networking skills as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in supply chain management and logistics area
  • Clean, accurate and safe handling of materials
  • Structured way of working
  • Ability to work in a team
