Who you are
- 3+ years’ experience in product management, ideally in SaaS, platform, or internet infrastructure domains
- Experience building platforms or solutions for B2B and/or retail markets
- Demonstrated ability to deliver complex, technical products to market
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, and proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Experience with Agile product development methodologies
- Strong understanding of domain registration, DNS, internet infrastructure, and related industries
- Familiarity with Atlassian suite including Jira and Confluence
What the job involves
- We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to help lead the development and growth of a next-generation platform for Tucows Domains. In this role you will help define the vision and guide the execution of a best-in-class solution that supports and expands our global reseller network
- Define, articulate, and own product requirements and contribute to the product vision and roadmap
- Work as part of a cross-functional team including engineering, design, marketing, and support through the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond
- Translate ideas into clear, actionable product requirements for technical teams, ensuring timely delivery of milestones
- Engage regularly with Reseller partners, sales, customer service and marketing to align product features with market needs and ensure smooth adoption of new features
- Prioritize initiatives based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility
- Measure and report on product performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
