Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network solutions including LAN, WAN, and cloud connectivity.
  • Support network architecture for unified communications and contact center environments.
  • Lead or participate in migration initiatives involving cloud-based networking and telephony (e.g., UCaaS, CCaaS).
  • Configure and troubleshoot network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls (Cisco, Fortinet, or equivalent).
  • Design and manage SIP trunking, call routing, and voice infrastructure.
  • Conduct root cause analysis, performance tuning, and ensure compliance with security and operational standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless network integration.
  • Prepare design and support documentation including low-level design (LLD) and change management procedures.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise network engineering or telecom infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, SD-WAN).
  • Experience with SIP trunking, call routing, and unified communication platforms.
  • Expertise in firewall administration (Cisco, Fortinet, or similar).
  • Experience with cloud networking and integration (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • Familiarity with data centre technologies such as Cisco ACI, VMware NSX, or similar.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for large-scale environments.

Additional Consideration Given To

  • Experience with Oracle or similar Session Border Controllers (SBC).
  • Scripting or automation experience (Python, PowerShell) for provisioning and monitoring.
  • Exposure to CCaaS or UCaaS solutions such as Genesys, Webex, or NICE.
  • Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or Fortinet NSE are strong assets.
