Somali. Igbo. Ukrainian. Chinese. Work setting: Legal-aid clinic. Private practice. Tasks: Act as executor, trustee or guardian in family law matters. Advise clients of their legal rights and all matters related to law. Perform administrative functions related to the practice of law. Perform management functions related to the practice of law. Plead clients' cases before courts of law, tribunals and boards (lawyers only). Draw up legal documents and prepare statements of legal opinion. Offer mediation, conciliation and arbitration services. Research legal precedents and gather evidence. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Membership in the Canadian Bar Association. Pega certified professional. Membership in a provincial or territorial law society. Area of work experience: Law. Security and safety: Bondable. Criminal record check.
