Job Description:
Essential Job Functions:

Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance customer and client experience.

Assist in implementing process optimization initiatives.

Collect and analyze performance data to evaluate customer and client satisfaction.

Provide input and support to senior team members in process improvement projects.

Document process changes and improvements for future reference.

Communicate process-related insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
-
Stay informed about emerging industry trends related to customer experience.
Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience

Typically, 5+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role

Proven experience in business process services and data analysis

Experience in business data analysis and reporting

Proficiencies in data visualization and reporting

A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
Other Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma Green Belt, Tableau Desktop Specialist) a plus
