What you’ll do:

As the leader overseeing both clinic operations and surgical coordination, you will oversee all aspects of clinic operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and excellence in patient care. You will also coordinate surgical services to deliver a seamless experience from consultation to recovery. In this pivotal role, you’ll uphold GraceMed’s commitment to luxury service and superior clinical outcomes.

• Oversee the coordination and flow of various practices, including medical aesthetics, and surgical.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations and administration.
• Collaborate with the Regional Director to report on clinic targets and develop strategies to meet the overall budget.
• Analyze Key Performance Indicators to identify trends and opportunities and implement actions to enhance sales and profit.
• Foster team engagement and collaboration in partnership with GraceMed leadership.
• Prepare and oversee work schedules, optimizing bookings for physicians and providers.
• Manage all surgical consultations, guiding clients through their surgical journey.
• Respond to leads and educate clients on procedures, financing options, and treatment plans tailored to their desired outcomes.
• Coordinate pre-op, post-op, and follow-up appointments, ensuring clear communication with clients and providers.
• Prepare quotes, collect payments, and ensure all client documentation complies with privacy laws.
• Conduct follow-ups with non-booked clients and prospects to close leads.

What you will bring along:

• At least 3 years of operations or team management experience, preferably in medical, hospitality, or private practice settings; experience with multidisciplinary teams is an asset.
• At least 3 years of consultative sales experience, focused on building relationships and exceeding targets.
• Industry experience and knowledge of cosmetic surgery and medical aesthetics is an asset.
• Proven ability to meet/exceed targets, with strong skills in cost management.
• Preferred experience in managing budgets, profit and loss (P&L) statements, and reporting.
• Proficiency in web-based email platforms, Microsoft Office, and EMR systems.
• Strong organizational skills, emphasizing time management and prioritization.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with patients and team members.
• Familiarity with healthcare legal rules and guidelines, procedures, and products.
• Dedication to maintaining confidentiality of all patient records.
