About the role
Our client, a leader in the private lending/mortgage industry, is looking to hire a permanent full-time Administrator to add to their on-site team in the Vancouver office.
The Responsibilities For This Role Include
- Preparing all relevant documentation related to the purchase of Trust units by investors
- Organize and finalize all documentation pertaining to investor distributions and redemptions
- Monitor all incoming communications regarding the Trust
- Provide account administration support, ensuring all transactions are processed on time and in adherence to policies and procedures
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge
- Communicate with financial advisors regarding paperwork
- Comply with all regulatory and registration requirements applicable to the role
Qualifications
- 1 – 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in the financial industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong phone etiquette
- Proficiency with MS Office and strong data entry skills
- Post-secondary education
