Join our team at James Bay Vet Clinic, located in the highly desirable James Bay area of Victoria. Our clinic is within walking distance to downtown, popular attractions, the ocean, parks, and the trendiest coffee shops. The clinic is located in the heart of stunning James Bay of Vancouver Island, less than 10 minutes from downtown Victoria. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled RVT to join our team of three DVMs, supported by a strong and experienced support team. Our clinic is housed in a beautifully modernized and recently renovated building, featuring spacious facilities, a dedicated dental suite, and a beautiful surgery suite. Both experienced RVT’s and new grads welcome to apply! Our technicians work closely with each other, utilizing a wide range of skills including anesthesia monitoring, catheter placement, radiology, starting appointments and more. If you have an interest in exotics or wildlife, we can offer opportunities to assist with exotics and wildlife! We value and believe in healthy work life balance and do not work on weekends.

About The Role Our candidate must have:

  • Animal Health Technologist / Veterinary Technician Diploma
  • Experience with Surgery and Anesthesia monitoring
  • Good standing with their provincial regulatory association
