About the Team
Green Real Estate Group is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our real estate team in Penticton. We foster a culture of creativity, team spirit, and flexible problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare documents on behalf of agents
- Communicate with the brokerage office to ensure timely submission of all listing and offer documents
- Activate and update MLS listings
- Schedule and coordinate showings for agents
- Answer phone calls and manage office email, responding to client inquiries
- Create brochures and marketing materials for listings
- Manage social media and website (WordPress experience is an asset)
Qualifications
- Administrative or clerical experience; real estate experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google workspace
- Familiarity with MLS platforms and CRM software
- Knowledge of Canva and social media platforms an asset
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Bookkeeping experience is an asset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
