  • Coordinated meetings and correspondence with federal and provincial/territorial government officials
  • Supported the development and submission of policy briefs and consultation responses
  • Managed contact databases and political outreach logistics
  • Provided administrative and budget tracking support to senior leadership
  • Collaborated on cross-functional projects and advocacy events
  • Ensured compliance with lobbying laws and internal policies
  • Drafted and distributed official correspondence to government stakeholders

Staff must also adhere to all CMA Policies including but not limited to the CMA Social Media Policy, the CMA Conflict of Interest and Gifts Policy and the CMA Spokesperson Policy.
