We are seeking a Territory Sales Account Executive to lead sales efforts with contractors across a regional territory. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business development and managing existing relationships, with a strong focus on growing adoption and revenue within your accounts. You will be expected to combine a hunter mindset with strong relationship-building skills to maximize impact in your region.
What You Will Do
- Own a defined territory, developing a pipeline of opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound follow-up, and regional networking.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from discovery and demos to contract negotiation and close.
- Educate prospective customers on the value of Bridgit Bench, tailoring messaging to business and operational priorities.
- Balance volume and quality—managing multiple shorter sales cycles while ensuring a consultative approach.
- Collaborate with BDRs and Marketing to run regional campaigns and events that drive pipeline.
- Accurately manage forecasts, activities, and opportunity data within Salesforce.
- Partner with Customer Success and Product to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term account growth.
Requirements
What You Will Bring
- 2–4+ years of SaaS sales experience with a track record of exceeding quota.
- Experience running sales cycles in the 30–90 day range with deal sizes typically between $10k–$50K ARR.
- Strong prospecting and pipeline-building skills—comfortable creating your own opportunities.
- Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in construction tech, SaaS, or a related B2B industry preferred.
- Driven, adaptable, and eager to build territory success in a fast-moving environment.
